In a situation of an accident or acute illness; a traffic accident on the way to the event; pregnancy complications and subsequent hospitalization; a positive Covid-19 test, a fatal accident to you or your loved one, and various accidents affecting your home such as fire, theft, natural disaster, or other similar twists of fate.

Keep in mind that the insurance is personal and does NOT cover cancellation or postponement of the event (in this case, the obligation to compensate you is ours); events that occurred outside the insurance period; chronic or already past illnesses; something that happened if you were under the influence of various substances; inability to attend the event due to introduced anti-epidemic measures and other exceptions, described in detail at the link we will leave below.

We would especially like to emphasize that you can only insure your ticket at the time of purchase, and there must be no less than 3 days left until the event date. If you don’t do it then, you lose this opportunity.

The insurance is paid once and is not a recurring expense, which is great as you can pay in cash or by bank transfer. After that, the start of coverage begins exactly at 12 midnight on the day of purchase and ends as soon as you enter the event area.

If for any reason you want to cancel the service, you can terminate the contract at any time by giving written notice to the insurer.
